Lo-Chlor Summercare pool algaecide prevents and treats algae problems. This formulation is specifically designed for hot, summer weather.


How to use Lo-Chlor Summercare Pool Algaecide:
Good preparation always makes good sense.
Lower pH (ideally approx 7.0 - 7.2 for severe algae - otherwise 7.2-7.6 is suitable) before use.
Clean the pool thoroughly, including vacuum and backwash filter and then filter as normal, regular brushing is recommended.
Add Summercare according to dosage recommendations.
Mix in a bucket of water and broadcast over the pool.
Use in conjunction with Starver Pool Maintenance for very heavy infestations.
After algae have been removed always advise customers to follow up with regular dosing of a Lo-Chlor Long Life Algaecide and Starver Pool Maintenance to prevent re-occurrence of algae and assist other chemicals to work more effectively.


Dosage:
For general use, 1 Litre treats 50,000 Litres pool water - one application should last 3 months
For severe algae, 2 Litres treats 50,000 Litres

Remember - always test for phosphates after the addition of a Lo-Chlor Algaecide
